Our Terms & Policy

At our salon, it’s important to understand that our stylists operate on a commission-based structure. This means if an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice, 48 hours in advance, our stylists lose the opportunity to earn income during that time slot.

Timely cancellations allow us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer appointment slots to other clients who may be on our waiting list. By providing ample notice, you help support our stylists’ livelihoods and ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. Thank you for patronizing our talented stylists and the services they provide.

Clients are kindly requested to complete updated client forms annually to ensure that all information remains accurate and current.

Confirmation Notification:

  • We send confirmation messages via text 48 hours before your appointment.

 

Cancellation Fee:

  •  Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). If a client no-shows two times, they will be unable to book any future services at our salon.

 

Color Correction:

  • Color correction services are priced at $100+ per hour, depending on the stylist used, thickness, length of hair, and products used.
  • Consultations are mandatory for booking color correction appointments.

 

Consultation Appointment:

  • At our salon, we offer complimentary consultations to both existing and new clients. As per our cancellation policy outlined above, failure to cancel or reschedule a consultation 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a $25 flat fee.

 

Other Reminders:

  • We do not allow tips on credit cards.
  • Checks are accepted.

 

Hairstyling Pricing Policy:

Pricing is always approximate until we see/feel your hair and create an action plan based on the inspiration photos you provide your stylist. It is impossible for our stylists to determine what services are necessary to achieve your desired results until we have seen you in person.

Stylist used, hairline, and thickness will be taken into consideration when pricing, as these factors may require more time and products (color, lightener, solution, etc.).

If you have questions or a specific budget in mind, we ask that you discuss them with your stylist before any services are rendered, as some inspiration photos and services require additional steps and processes, resulting in higher costs based on the services discussed. Guaranteed Services and Products:

We always want you to be satisfied with your services. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within three days of your appointment so that we may schedule a correction free of charge (please allow 24-48 hours for a manager to respond). Our salon does not offer refunds for any services rendered; only touch-ups within two weeks if necessary. If you are traveling a distance to us, please keep this policy in mind, as we may not be the right fit for you. Any issues reported longer than five days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered for a redo but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Products:

Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair, we want you to be happy with the products you are using. We will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange products within 30 days of purchase, as long as at least 2/3 of the product remains.”
